Work

Built around real businesses.

From villas and spas to media companies and product brands, every project starts with a real business problem. Open a project to see what we built, what it changed, and why it works.

Villa Navaho

A private villa in Bali. We designed and built the website: a full-screen look at the villa, a date search on the first screen, English and Indonesian, and WhatsApp one tap away.

  • Book from the first screen
  • EN / ID
  • WhatsApp built in
Website designDevelopmentBooking barEnglish + Indonesian

Availability search on the first screen

Check-in, check-out and a Check availability button sit on top of the hero.

Book now, always in reach

A Book now button stays in the header on every page.

English and Indonesian

One tap on the EN / ID switch changes the whole site.

WhatsApp in one tap

A floating WhatsApp button for guests who'd rather ask first.

Full-screen visuals

The architecture and garden do the selling, edge to edge.

Built for phones

The same booking flow, reworked for one-handed use on mobile.

Wellness · Seminyak, Bali

Sundari Wellness

An award-winning day spa in Seminyak. We rebuilt their site end to end: design, front end, back end and an in-house shop, with one consistent treatment menu and booking in one tap.

  • One menu, one set of prices
  • Book now with no redirect
  • Shop with server-side pricing
Website designFront endBack endOnline shop

A clear treatment menu

Six categories and every treatment, each with its duration and price in one consistent format. The old site's contradictions were found and flagged so the spa could confirm the right versions.

Booking in one tap

Every Book now goes straight to the reservation system, with no redirect page in between.

An in-house shop

Product pages built around ingredients, a bag saved in the browser, delivery for Bali and the rest of Indonesia, and checkout through Xendit.

Prices the browser can't change

The server works out every price itself, so nobody can edit a price in the browser and pay less.

Awards, properly shown

30 award badges from the old site, arranged into a proper awards page.

Mobile first

Hero sections cropped for portrait screens, full-width type and thumb-friendly buttons.

Media · Worldwide

Telos Media

An education media company behind channels like SolarBalls and Mr. Spherical. We rebuilt their website from scratch and built a private CMS, so the team runs the site without a developer.

  • 7 brand worlds, one story
  • Staff update the site themselves
  • Static-prerendered for speed
Website redesignDevelopmentCustom CMSDeployment

A homepage told as a story

Nine sections, opening on an ambient hero film and moving through scale, philosophy, brands, impact, partners and team.

Channel-flip brand showcase

Visitors change channels through the brands like on a TV, and each one plays its own preview loop.

Seven brand worlds

Each brand gets a full screen with its own accent colour, video and outbound link, alternating left and right as you scroll.

A custom CMS at /admin

Staff edit homepage stats, brands with drag-style reordering, partner logos, launches, team and press, and upload media.

Version history with rollback

Every save snapshots the previous content first. If the snapshot fails, the save is refused, so an edit can't wipe anything out.

Partnerships, Impact, Press and Careers

Careers routes through Breezy HR, and the store bridges to SolarBalls merch.

Teba Compost

A composting company in Bali. We designed and built their website: a product line explained in plain language, a full Cook Bin guide, and orders that arrive on WhatsApp ready to confirm.

  • Order on WhatsApp in one tap
  • Full Cook Bin how-to guide
  • One catalog feeds every price
Website designDevelopmentWhatsApp shopProduct guide

WhatsApp checkout

Pick a product, enter your name, number and location, and WhatsApp opens with the full order written out. No payment gateway, no fees.

Cook Bin Guide

A full how-to: what goes in, the two-bin rotation, burying the batch, fixing problems. The bin stickers point to it, with redirects for mistyped links.

Product pages with diagrams

Sizing, cross-section diagrams, what's included and how installation works for each system.

One catalog, every price

Prices live in one file. Change one and it updates everywhere, including the homepage hero.

Orbiting foods animation

A custom animation that shows exactly what the bin accepts.

Built for phones

Frosted navigation, spring transitions and a layout that works one-handed.

Non-profit · Jakarta

LP199 Phoenix

A committee raising funds for a youth programme inside a juvenile detention centre in Jakarta. We designed and built the campaign site, the donation flow and the dashboard they run it from.

  • Sky shifts morning to sunset as you scroll
  • Clouds hold 60fps (up from 42)
  • The committee runs it without a developer
Campaign siteDonation flowAdmin dashboardData import

Live donation progress

The raised total is calculated by the database from verified donations, so the number on the site is always the real one.

Gratitude Wall

Donors are thanked publicly. Repeat donors combine into one entry, anonymous gifts stay separate, and similar names are told apart automatically.

Google Sheets import

The team uploads their existing spreadsheet as a CSV. It copes with messy rupiah formats, day-first dates and duplicate rows, and previews everything before saving.

QRIS and bank transfer

A donation modal that works as a draggable bottom sheet on phones.

Admin dashboard

Donations, sponsors with tiers and logos, 26 team members, and editable homepage copy.

Transparency page

Where the money goes, split between the event day and the Legacy Project.

Teba Command Center

The same composting company, behind the scenes. We built their private back office: orders, customers, stock, suppliers, invoices and follow-ups in one app, with the bookkeeping handled automatically.

  • 9 business rules run on their own
  • True cost and margin per bundle
  • Row-level security on every table
Management appDatabase designCRMInventoryInvoicing

Overview with a soil-strata P&L

What needs attention, today's tasks, stock alerts, and revenue, costs and profit drawn as layers of earth.

CRM and sales pipeline

Contacts, companies, leads, a kanban pipeline and an activity timeline for every customer.

WhatsApp-first orders

Message templates for every step that copy straight into WhatsApp.

Products and bundles

The Cook Bin Set knows its 2 bins, flattener and spray, so its cost and margin come from the parts.

Inventory and suppliers

Every stock movement recorded, minimums and restock alerts, and supplier price history that sets product cost.

Invoices and finance

Numbered invoices with deposit tracking, branded PDFs, private links that expire in 7 days, and a monthly P&L.

Suenyo Eco Retreat on desktop

Hospitality · Tabanan, Bali

Suenyo Eco Retreat

A five-pavilion eco retreat in Bali with an attached day spa. We built the system it runs on: guest pages guests open on their phones with no login, and a staff portal that shows the whole property on one board.

  • Guests need no app and no password
  • Order picker 8× faster (4.9s → 0.6s)
  • One board replaces the handover sheet
Guest platformStaff portalBilling systemDatabase design

Pre-arrival and check-in

A 5-step pre-arrival form, a digital check-in the guest signs on their phone, and the motorbike agreement the same way. The team gets a clean summary email.

QR laundry and menu

Every pavilion has its own code. The page asks “Are you X, staying in Y?” before writing anything, and the charge goes straight onto the bill. The menu is read-only and edited from the portal.

Pavilion board

One column per pavilion: occupant, who's leaving, who's arriving, what they owe, open orders and laundry. Three colours, each meaning one thing.

Billing by department

F&B, Spa & Wellness, Activities and Extras move through Order, In Process and Completed. Completed orders lock, and checkout produces one PDF bill with the payment method recorded.

Needs attention and follow-ups

Missing forms, overdue items and maintenance suggestions in one strip. The follow-up button copies the message and tracks whether it was actually sent.

Owner dashboard

Revenue, occupancy and room performance, visible only to the owner role, plus a daily handover PDF and a breakfast message for the kitchen.
